• For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, Toucan Escape is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property. Due to severe allergies, smoking, vaping, the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, marijuana, or any other smoking products is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the porch, in the outdoor shower, and anywhere on the property. Even residual smoke and odors can trigger serious allergic reactions and may require extensive cleaning and temporarily make the home unavailable for future guests. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, a minimum $500 cleaning and deodorization fee will be charged, along with any additional costs incurred if specialized remediation or loss of rental income is required.
• *Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

All bookings are non-refundable. In the event the owner agrees to make an exception, any refund issued will be less a $200 administrative fee.
